Wie macht man aus einer PHP skripte ein CronJob?

Hallo,
ich habe in root Verzeichnis meiner Website eine PHP Datei die ich als Cron Job laufen lassen will.
Jetzt steht da in meinem ControlPanel:

Command to run: (max 1000 characters)
Use full paths to files and programs.

So was muss ich jetzt hier angeben? Einfach "cronJob.php" reicht dich nicht, oder?

Ergo müsste es wie folgt aussehen:

php -f deinfile.php

Habe ich aber bisher nur einmal in meinem Leben gemacht und das ist Jahre her, daher Angaben ohne Gewähr.

Oder aber einfach auf www.cronjob.de einen Account anmelden und dort ganz einfach die Dateien eingeben. Ist zuverlässig der Dienst.
