The final product is the tip of the iceberg. It's the bit that everybody sees. But out of sight, out of mind is the rest of the iceberg - the three months working on generating concepts, storyboards, graphic design, animation, client meetings, sound design, filming, post production, encoding and programming. All to produce 150 frames of animation, or a website someone spends 15 minutes on.

In this presentation Hoss will take you behind the scenes of several recent projects and show where it went wrong and the bits that saved the day.
