Adobe App-Challenge

Letzte Woche hat Adobe einen Wettbewerb gestartet, bei dem ich mir einige von euch ganze weit vorne vorstellen kann. Ich meine zu wissen, dass ihr bereits fleißig für mobile Plattformen entwickelt und habe schon einige gute Apps gesehen. Und wer von euch möchte nicht auf Kosten von Adobe zur MAX nach Los Angeles?

Worum geht es? Ganz simpel gesagt geht es darum eine AIR Applikation (App) zu entwickeln. Das entweder rein in AS3 oder mit Hilfe des Flex Frameworks. Die Kategorie (Game, Poductivity, Lifestyle usw) ist dabei frei wählbar. Spannend und/oder spaßig oder rein nützlicher Natur: Egal.

Wichtig ist, dass ihr die Anwendung vor dem 1. September 2011 in den drei führenden Marktplätzen (Apple App Store, Android Market und Blackberry AppWorld) veröffentlicht.

Hast du das erledigt, dann musst du nur noch deine App mit Hilfe des entsprechenden Adobe Formulars registrieren (dabei nicht vergessen das FLASHFORUM bei "Adobe User Group" einzutragen!!!) und dann bist du dabei.

Neben den Preisen, wie der Reise zur MAX und Sachpreisen, wird euer Projekt auf der internationalen Adobe Website vorgestellt, was für euch gute Werbung bedeutet. Last week Adobe announced a new contest called Adobe App Challenge. An as I know that a lot of you are already busy building fantastic Apps with Flex and Flash, I would suggest you to take part and win a trip to MAX2011 in Los Angeles or one of the other nice prices.

So what is it all about? Quite simple if you follow these three steps:

1. Develop a mobile AIR application using a pure AS3 project or the Flex framework. It can be a game, a productivity application, a lifestyle app, an artistic experience. In short: Any kind of engaging application.
2. Package and publish your application on the three leading marketplaces (Apple AppStore, Android Marketplace, and BlackBerry AppWorld) before the 1st of September 2011.
3. Register for the competition and win a trip to MAX (and dont't forget to enter "FLASHFORUM" into the Field "Adobe User Group"!)
